What is it?

How does it interact with skin?
Microneedling involves the use of a device with fine needles that create controlled micro-injuries in the skin. In addition to the microneedles, the device also delivers RF energy through the insulated tips to the deeper layers of the skin for dermal repair. The combination of microneedling and RF energy provides both superficial and deep tissue remodeling. These micro-injuries stimulate the body’s natural wound healing process, prompting the production of collagen and elastin, which are essential for maintaining skin firmness and elasticity.
What’s the downtime?
You can experience some redness and swelling for a few hours post-treatment as your skin recovers. Depending on how aggressive the treatment is, you can experience 48 hours of downtime and up to 5-7 days should the treatment be more aggressive.
